If you wish to return your Wizard Watch, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the device at your own cost. To request a return authorization, please call customer service at 800-723-4955. Please note that your Wizard Watch is activated prior to leaving our facility, and once you receive it and set up the watch, your service plan is initiated. Can the watch call other numbers other than what is stored in the watch?
No, the watch can only call the phone numbers that are preset in the iGPS mobile App by the parent/guardian.
How can I get support for the Wizard Watch? What if I need to cancel my service plan?

Please note, for security purposes, we do not issue refunds or service cancellations via email, please call customer service to process your request.
What is the warranty?
All iGPS watches come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers any internal hardware malfunctions but does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage due to excessive heat.
Can I invite other family members/caretakers to download the app and monitor my child?
Yes. You can invite up to 10 people to monitor your child’s device. For security purposes, you must invite them and give them permission to track your child through the iGPS mobile app.
How secure is my child’s location and GPS in the app?
The iGPS Watch app uses the latest in security technologies to protect your child’s privacy, including TLS (successor to SSL) protocol and AES-256 encryption. The only people who can track your loved ones are those you personally invite. They are given access only after you send them an invitation through the iGPS Watch app. We take safety and security very seriously and do everything we can to ensure the highest level of care in protecting your information. The Advanced Encryption Standard or AES is a symmetric block cipher used by the U.S. government to protect classified information and is implemented in software and hardware throughout the world to encrypt sensitive data.
Can I use my current network carrier for cellular service? Who provides cellular service for the Wizard Watch? What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes/texts?
Wizard Watches come with a monthly cellular service plan provided by iGPS for $14.95 per month. Can I use my current network carrier for cellular service? Unfortunately no, iGPS customers can only use the SIM card and cellular services that come with the device.
iGPS provides customer service, technical support and billing administration for our devices and uses the GSM cellular network that is provided by T-Mobile and AT&T.
The service plan includes 300 talk-time minutes. Like other cellular carriers, if you exceed your monthly minutes/texts you may incur an overage charge, but your child’s watch will still function fully. You do not have to re-load minutes in any given month due to an overage, we manage your plan and do this automatically for you. If you find that you are consistently going over your usage plan we offer a plan with more minutes/texts for $19.95/month. “
How will I know if there will be good cellular service where I live?
Wizard Watches come with a SIM Card, activated and ready to use. Please review our service map and enter your zip code to check coverage for your area. Additionally, we check each order before it ships to make sure we can provide connectivity in your area.
How do the emergency alerts work?
The Wizard Watch offers unparalleled protection for your child with Emergency Alerts. Receive immediate notifications, and your child’s last known location, if the device comes off your child’s wrist or if they press the SOS alert button on the watch. You can also create Safe Play Zones using GEO-fencing technology. If your child ventures out of a designated safe area, the device will notify you. In the case that you do not answer the alert, the device will auto-dial the emergency numbers that you list in the app until someone responds. You can add up to 11 contacts to your Wizard Watch.
How does the activity tracker work?
The Wizard Watch tracks your child’s location and movements for up to seven days at a time so you can review daily activities. Changes in a child’s daily routines, such as taking a different route home from school or plan, or general inactivity, can be a sign of larger problems like bullying or depression. The Wizard allows you to monitor daily steps to ensure they are getting enough exercise and location history to ensure that they are where they say they are. The Wizard Watch is a great tool in helping busy parents keep pace with their children and identify small issues before they become problems.
